The minute we entered, we knew that tonight was going to be amazing. Because this place with its nicely lit up bar, relaxed atmosphere, scrumptious meal, fancy seating options and attentive service made sure that we had a gala time! Local Ingredients. Global Inspirations. Tarsh Gastronomia has truly perfected the art of dining with creative dishes inspired by speciality culinary traditions from Frontier, Dakshin, Cantonese Chinese, a variety of dim sums and Mediterranean appreciating today’s contemporary tastes. This place has a very positive and happening vibe to it.
What we had –
COCKTAILS (Both Vodka Based)
Traveller – This cocktail has a very minty flavor to it, which comes from basil and is pink-red in color because of beetroot content in it.
Devil’s Triangle – This cocktail is served in a teapot with a small cup. You’re supposed to pour the cocktail from the teapot into the cup and drink it like a shot. The serving itself made us curious to try this out. And I’m glad we did because it was completely worth it!
APPETISERS
Mutton Galouti Kebabs – These flavoursome Mutton Galouti Kebabs stays true to its name. These melt in the mouth Kebabs will leave your taste buds craving for more with every bite. If you are really craving for some nice and juicy Mutton Galouti Kebabs, this is the perfect place to be, as it’s taste will leave you satisfied to every square inch!
Prawns chilli with spring fried onions – This is the best Chilli Prawns we have had for a very long time! Each bite gives you the flavours making you crave for more! Perfectly spiced, well-cleaned prawns and amazing preparation, what else do you want to satisfy your taste buds!
Murg Kalimirch – Marinated with cheese and cream, this soft and tender chicken will leave you speechless with its taste. Infused with coarsely and topped with black pepper, this Murg Kalimirch will definitely take you on a journey of flavours!
Tandoori Tarkari – This dish contains cottage cheese and assorted vegetables like cauliflower. There are high chances for a dish to go wrong if the main ingredient is cauliflower, but this dish failed our expectations, as it was brilliant in taste. With cauliflower marinated in yoghurt and with royal cumin and made in a tandoor, this dish will be your next favourite in Veg.
MAIN COURSE
Chicken pan-fried noodles with spring fried onions – Bed of pan-fried noodles topped with steamed noodles and chicken and made in a chilli sauce, this dish did not fail to amaze us!
DESSERT
Rasmalai – We would call this a perfect ending to our meal. It is always better to end your meal in an Indianised way, as it has some different satisfaction. Isn’t it?
I would like to conclude by saying –
This place took us on a tour from Indian to Cantonese food with its every dish distinguishable from the other.
A very special thanks and shout out to Mr. Sonu Jaiswal (Asst. Restaurant Manager), who helped us throughout and guided us through the menu. He explained every dish and every ingredient and helped us order best dishes based on our taste.
P.S. – We would definitely visit this place again, as we just can’t get over its taste!
