Craving for some Italian Food?
Fresh, palatable, and amusingly simple, the sun-kissed Italian cuisine is dolce vita on the plate. But it becomes quite difficult in Dubai to find the restaurant which serves the best Italian Cuisine! The one place which beats the rest in terms of ambience, food, and service is Casa Mia!
Their dishes are made with seasonal, unpretentious ingredients, yet they taste like something you’d get in a Michelin-starred restaurant.
Whether it’s their Pasta, Pizza or wine they all are beautifully made with passion and the perfect mix of spices to give it a flavorful taste and to make a customer simply wanting for more. They served us an Italian Meal accompanied by some Italian assorted bread and Wine.
Burrata – So we went for the classic cause if you like mozzarella, burrata will be love at first bite. This rich, buttery artisanal cheese of outstanding quality is made from mozzarella and fresh cream. This Burrata from Apulia with heirloom tomato salad is definitely one starter you need to kickstart your Italian cuisine with.
Prawns – They say “No celebration in Italy is complete without beautiful fresh prawns.” What stole the show for us was their crispy battered prawns which were spiced to perfection.
Porcini mushroom muffin– This Porcini mushroom muffin with Fontina Cheese Fondue was again a delight to our taste buds.
Pasta – I want to spend hours lingering over a perfect slow-cooked red sauce pasta. These were fresh, cooked to perfection and the crunchiness of the prawns added it’s own charm to it.
Right from their wine to dessert, everything was so amazing that I simply have no words to describe but what caught my attention is their personalized service which was fantastic!
Overall we had a great dining experience and I strongly recommend each and everyone to try their Italian cuisine as it’s simply worth it.
