Food
Starters & Salad –
Watermelon & Feta Salad – It’s a great way to kickstart your dining experience! The saltiness in Feta was just right which perfectly went with the watermelon. In fact, it’s one of those healthy recipes which will give you a good break from the fried starters which you would usually order in the restaurant!
Mac n Cheese Nachos – This dish is innovative, bursting with flavour and sinfully delectable, loved the crunchiness of the crust! It’s a party in your mouth with the crunchy corn, creamy nacho and mac n cheese.
Citrus Corn on the Cob – This fantastic combination of sweet and citrusy was simply mind-blowing.
Drinks
They say we eat with our eyes first, and these guys know the cooking technique that makes for a pleasing visual feast before the spoon or fork is even picked up. The drinks were crazy with the touch of molecular gastronomy, making it a visual treat.
So, as you all know, molecular gastronomy is a branch of food science that utilizes the principles of chemistry and biology to develop enjoyable food that can be presented in innovative and fascinating ways – solid cocktails, desserts or vegetable foams and bubbles. It’s basically the science of food you thought could only exist in Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory.
Good-ole Mint Mojito –

Desserts
The desserts looked more like an art on a plate!
Red Velvet Cake – It was moist, fluffy, and has the perfect balance between acidity and chocolate. Topped with cream cheese frosting, its smooth texture, and buttery-rich frosting made it everyone’s hot favorite.
Black Salt Date Cake – This took our dessert experience to next level! Date cake inside a caramelized sugar dome, this definitely sounds interesting and a must try.
End Thoughts
We would like to thank Black Salt for organizing such an amazing Bloggers meet. Overall, our dining experience was brilliant with the magic of molecular gastronomy! From service, to the top of the line presentation and chic interiors, everything was just perfect.
